International basketball coaches are set to impart their wits and tactics in the free two-day Hoops Coaches International Webinar on April 24 and 26.

International tacticians from national teams, NCAA Division teams, G-League and the NBA will be the speakers for the event.

Former Talk n' Text coach and current Indiana Pacers assistant coach Bill Bayno headlines the cast of speakers in the opening day.

He'll be joining Angola head coach Will Voigt, Olympiakos player development coach, Mike Kalavros, and Florida Gulf Coast Univesity assistant coach Joey Cantens.

Filipino fans already got glimpse how two of the speakers worked their magic on the court - talking about Voigt and Bayno.

Voigt played against Gilas Pilipinas and then head coach Yeng Guiao in the 2019 World Cup in China while coaching the Angolan side.

Voigt's team squeaked pass through the national squad 84-81 and kept Philippines winless in that edition of the World Meet.

Meanwhile, Bayno was not a stranger to Philippine basketball as he coached in the PBA back in 2002. He steered the Phone Pal's to their first franchise Finals Appearance in the Commissioner's Cup of that year. He, then served as assistant coach to three other NBA teams, Portland Trailblazers, Minnesota Timberwolves and Toronto Raptors.

In the second day, Poland national team head coach Mike Taylor will join Erie Bayhawks head tactician Ryan Pannone and Charlotte 49ers deputy Aaron Fearne will have their time to impart their coaching philosophies.

The webinar will be moderated by Blackwater sports director and one of the brains behind the event, Ariel Vanguardia, veteran sports commentator Quinito Henson and sports pyschologist Tedi Villasor.

Player development, games situation skill development, building team culture and offense and defense schemes are expected to be tackled.

Local coaches didn't let the chance to learn slip from their hands as a number of PBA and collegiate coaches have alread committed to the webinar.

Gilas Pilipinas women's national team head coach Pat Aquino, Blackwater Elite head coach Nash Racela and his coaching staff, and Basketball Coaches Association of the Philippines (BCAP) President Louie Gonzales were among the participants.

Coaches can register for free in a first come first serve basis where 500 coaches will be given access to the ZOOM Meeting.
