Dimaunahan not too worried about Parks' dip in numbers

Blackwater head coach Aris Dimaunahan was not too worried about Elite star Ray Parks' dip in number particularly in scoring in the past two games.
Dimaunahan said that there was a conscious effort for Parks to involve his teammates especially that in their victories a lot of his players were contributing.
"Sa team naman namin hindi lang naman ang bida dito is kung sino yung iiskor, we want guys sharing that ball. Rayray only had 12 points but eight assists and he's trying to facilitate the offense for us and look for his teammates," explained Dimaunahan after Blackwater's 96-107 loss at the hands of the Meralco Bolts.
Parks who averaged 22.36 points, 7.55 rebounds and 4.09 assists in the Commissioner's Cup, had a slight dip in his production especially in the past two games for the Elite. Parks only scored five points to go along with four boards and two assists in their victory against Magnolia while putting up 12 points and eight assists in their loss to Meralco.
Parks however is still averaging 21 points, four rebounds and four assists in the third conference.
"I feel yung strength ng team namin is kung maspread namin yung production among the players, hindi yung isa lang na malaki then wala nang kasunod, so yun yung nakikita kong barometer namin pag nanalo kami yung point production ng team is well spread," Dimaunahan further explained.
The Elite head tactician also stressed that he's not too worried about Parks' scoring especially that he's contributing in other areas of the game.
"Nothing worry about that because he's passing the ball. He's defending also. Hindi madali kasi yun eh sa isang player na umiiskor na dedepensa ka pa sa kabila so malaki yung hinihingi ko sa kanila na kayo na yung scorer pero kailangan niyong dumepensa.
