Jeric Teng, however, put the fire out off a fast break attack before Josan Nimes' five straight points, including a side-step triple, pulled Pasig back to a double-digit advantage.
The blood Sharks smelled immediately vanished as they in drought after three games.
Nimes was brilliant for head coach Bong Dela Cruz finishing with 20 points and five rebounds, enough to earn the best player of the game citation.
Teng top-scored Pasig with 21 points along with 10 rebounds and four assists as Argel Mendoza put 11 points before fouling out late. Robbie was limited to only 10 points and five assists.
McAloney carried Cebu with a double-double effort of 20 points and 23 rebounds while Octobre and Edrian Lao finished with 12 points apiece. Viloria chipped 10 points and eight rebounds but in a wasted opportunity.
Cebu was aggressive enough in the game getting in the 15-foot line 43 times but it was as well what cost them the game hitting only 27 of the free charities.
Pasig shot the ball better behind the three-point line hitting 11 treys to only three of Cebu. A big factor as well was the fastbreak points ratio 17:0 in favor of the Realtors.
The win brought them to a 9-3 (win-loss) card while riding a three-game winning streak as Cebu went down to 4-8.
