by Eugene Flores, August 13, 2019 5:09pm
Robby Celiz has been a walking bucket for the General Santos Warriors this Lakan season of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League.
The former Bataan Risers cited the difference as he became so active offensively for the streaking, 7-2, GenSan.
"Well yung Bataan kasi kami last year powerhouse eh. So medyo limited minutes ko and I play different roles sa Bataan."
Celiz is currently averaging 13.1 points per game compared to only 6.6 points last season. While the other main guys, Pamboy Raymundo is putting 13.4 points and Mikey Williams with 19.1 points.
The winning culture has manifested on GenSan as they are currently on a five-game winning streak.
"Motivation ko kailangan manalo every game hangga't maaari. Like I said yung main purpose ko is to play defense and yung points is bonus nalang sakin e.
