Bowles pep talk still fuels Rain or Shine even after the injury, says Belga

Denzel Bowles pep talk a practice before he got injured still fueled the Rain or Shine Elastopainters in their game against the Magnolia Hotshots according to E-painters big man, Beau Belga.
"Siguro naisip lang naing mga locals yung kahalagahan ng laro, if we win today, we will have a good chance," said Belga who finished with team-high 22 points and five boards after the game.
"Siguro nachallenge kami lahat especially yung locals dun sa sinabi ni Denzel last time before he got injured na everybody has to step up," he continued.
Belga bared after their Alaska game that Bowles let out his frustration during their practice session. Unfortunately, Bowles got injured during that game suffering a medial meniscus tear and a small medial collateral ligament tear in his right knee. The pep talk and Bowles' injury however became a source for inspiration for the E-painters.
"'Yung prescence lang na yung import mong buwis buhay nainjure andyan pa rin sumusuporta sa iyo, yun na yung extra motivation for you to play better, good thing the locals stepped up," Belga added
ROS will next play San Miguel, a chance to clinch an outright quarterfinals berth. Belga and company are up to the task though as they now take every game as the playoffs.
"This is a crucial game for us and lagi ko sinasabi na kapag playoffs dito nilalabas ng player kung ano yung ilalaro niya, pag playoffs na wala nang dapat itago, buhos na lahat," said the 6'5" banger.
Good thing, for ROS, they had an able reinforcement in Carl Montgomery who impressed in his debut with 20 markers, 12 boards and five assists.
"'Yung import bagong namin okay naman, di naman siya mahina pero di sobrang lakas, kumbaga steady lang. Zng kagandahan na di pa kilala, di mo alam pano i-scoutin."
