Kawhi Leonard inks three-year, $103 million max deal with Clippers

Kawhi Leonard has inked a three-year, $103 million max contract with the Los Angeles Clippers, according to The Vertical’s Shams Charania, who cited unidentified sources.
However, only the first two years of the deal is guaranteed.
Leonard, 28, has the player option in the third year of his contract and can enter the free agency once more if he chooses to do so.
‘The Klaw’ is set to team up with another star in Paul George, whom the Clippers acquired via trade with the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Leonard put up career-highs of 26.6 points and 7.3 rebounds on top of 3.3 assists and 1.8 steals, all the while leading the Toronto Raptors to their first NBA title last season.
Leonard was rumored to be a target of the Los Angeles Lakers before signingwith the Clippers.
