There is no timetable yet for Jerrick Balanza's return after the 6-foot-1 guard suffered a leg injury, according to Colegio de San Juan de Letran head coach Bonnie Tan.
The injury, however, is nothing serious as Balanza has been shooting around already in Letran's practice session on Saturday.
"Day to day siya as per our PTs (physical therapists). Yesterday sa practice, nag-shoot around siya," said Tan.
Balanza hurt his leg after trying to block Wendell Comboy's shot at the 6:41 mark of the second quarter of the match between the Knights and the FEU Tamaraws on Saturday. Balanza did not return in the contest which the Knights won, 75-70.
Letran was also victorious today as it beat the NU Bulldogs, 76-69, to stay perfect in the Filoil Flying V Preseason Cup with a 3-0 win-loss card.
King Caralapio led the Knights in that game with 12 points and eight rebounds.
